it is common pratice that people think that first their goal to care and satisfy their family and forgot their own desires. it is not good practice. one can work more effecinetly and effectivly when his/her mind is fresh and also feel motivation during task accomplishement. i feel writer think well but ignore her requirement. she should be care about herself.
